What the tracker does, how it handles your records, and what to expect before you start.

What is ApplyPilot?
ApplyPilot is a job application tracker. It organizes saved roles, applications, interviews, offers and follow-up dates in one personal pipeline.
Do I need an account to use the tracker?
No. You can use the tracker without signing in. Application records, saved roles, profile details, CVs and campaign history are stored in this browser.
Can I track internships and contract roles?
Yes. Track full-time, contract, freelance, internship and alternance opportunities, with each role's company, source, status and important dates.
Does ApplyPilot apply to jobs automatically?
ApplyPilot does not submit forms to job boards. It helps you organize applications and can prepare or send email applications when you choose to use those tools.
Does my application data sync across devices?
No. Tracker data stays in the current browser's local storage, so it is not automatically available on another device or browser.
Is information ever sent to ApplyPilot's server?
The tracker stores records in your browser. CV parsing, email sending and inbox sync send the information needed for that request to the app server. See the privacy page for details.
