How we handle your data.

ApplyPilot does not require an account. Your applications, saved roles, candidate profile, CVs, campaign details, and email settings are kept in this browser's local storage. They are not synced to an account or available on another device. Clearing this site's browser data removes them. Browser local storage is not encrypted.

If you have an active session from an earlier account-based version, ApplyPilot imports your saved records into this browser once. New use does not require signing in.

When you ask ApplyPilot to parse a CV, send an application email, or sync your inbox, the relevant file or email details and credentials are sent to the ApplyPilot server to perform that request. Those details are not saved in ApplyPilot's database. Email is sent through your configured email provider.

ApplyPilot uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated visitor and page-view statistics. Vercel says this feature does not use cookies and reports anonymized metrics such as viewed pages, referrers, browser, device, and approximate location. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy details.
